    Hi, I am very disappointed with my first experience using your service. I took my vehicle id.4 to the dealer due I received (2) recalls letter for HV Battery Cell Module and to update the Software to 3.2.1. Also to check the rear tires that are worn on the inside with just 24,600 miles. I find out this vehicle has same Software 3.1.0 , and not Software update was performed. Also the report say the rear tires wear pattern were normals, when this is not true, these tires are worn on the inside and this must be in this report in order to do my claim to the manufacturer or the dealer. I hope your shop makes improvements in your service to increase the customer satisfaction, I see many bad reviews of this dealer. Thank you,

    I called to make the appointment, at which point I fully explained that the problem was that my sun visor had ripped out from the ceiling. They could not get me an appointment until a few weeks out, so I had to drive with the visor duct taped to the ceiling which didn't hold very well and was super annoying. Only to get the long-awaited appointment, and have them tell me within the first two minutes, before even needing to look at the car, that they didn't have the part (the visor) to fix it and would need to order it. WHY WASN'T IT ORDERED IN ADVANCE OF MY APPOINTMENT?!!? I took off work to come to this appointment, and then had to leave work again for the appointment a week later where they could actually fix it once the part came in. This is a very poor and disorganized way to run a business. It would have been incredibly simple to order the part before my appointment so I would have only had to come once. They could have asked more questions over the phone if needed, but they didn't even need to ask any questions when I got there to tell me they didn't have the part. My tech apologized for this and the only explanation he could offer is that the appointment center is not connected with the service center. How ineffecient. If you're going to use a call center at least have the techs read the info about upcoming appointments so they can order a simple part if they don't need to look at the car before doing so. I understand if it's something they have to get in there and see what the problem is before they know what part is needed, but this was just the visor and they didn't have to look at it before knowing they needed to order the visor. Someone should have called me before coming in for the appointment to let me know they didn't have the part rather than letting me waste the time of taking off work and driving in and back with nothing fixed. At the second appointment when they actually fixed it, it went fine. I had asked if they could loosen the clip on both sun visors so it wans't so hard to pull out to put to the side (which is how it detached in the first place bc i had to pull so hard) but that wasn't fixed very well. It's not much easier. Maybe that's just how the visors work on these models.

    This location is smaller and more personalbe. They offer a shuttle service and car wash (unlike the Raleigh location). I didn't have to worry about getting to/from work. I worked with Ricardo as my advisor. He will kind and helpful.

    I avoided Flow for many years due to a bad experience years ago. I have since started coming back to the dealership for all of my service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is always very cordial, my service is completed correctly and my satisfaction is always a concern. I appreciate all that the team does.
