I brought the vehicle in for 3 things. Literally the only thing you did was an oil change. I am having infotainment issues that you couldnt reproduce. 0k. i also gave you a tsb for a problem the vehicle was here for previously. Applies to the model. Instead of looking at the TSB info i gave the tech scanned the vin, didnt see anything and called it done. I still have the cold start issue and more infotainment errors. You did nothing more than a jiffy lube could have done in 30 minutes. And your communication was horrible. I texted as you suggested, 2 hours later you said car is done. I tried to call, no one available. I texted and asked for a call and you replied with car is done a second time. Awesome. thanks for that. top notch.
